Our method consists of three main dimensions into business/ IT integration:

Business dimension
Customers are defining new products or services and want to know how their current IT infrastructure can accommodate this. Matching the possibilities of their current IT infrastructures on the new products is key.
Implementation dimension
Creating an IT infrastructure which can accommodate the evolving needs of the business without increasing the complexity is key to future changes. Choosing the appropriate architecture and IT components are aspects of this dimension.
Operational dimension
Companies have their business/ IT integration up and running and are looking for migration scenarios to new technology and/ or larger systems. Succes as a company means that you will want to enhance your service levels. Implementing your own helpdesk, billing service or stepping up your security are aspects of this dimension.
